By this writ petition, petitioner has made a claim for allowing it to amend the GSTR-I either manually or online as per provision of Section 38(5) of the WBGST Act, 2017.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents in opposing the prayer of the writ petition submits that the petitioner has committed the mistake twice and the portal cannot accept such filing through online. However, he prays for time to take instruction as to how the issue could be resolved.

List this matter for further consideration on 31^st July, 2023.
