Supreme Court Directs Clubbing of SLP Challenging TGST Assessment with Related Writ Petition Alleging Malicious Proceedings
The Supreme Court has ordered that the Special Leave Petition challenging the Telangana High Court’s dismissal of a writ against a TGST assessment order be heard together with a related writ petition alleging malicious proceedings by state tax authorities. The Court noted the overlapping issues and directed the matter to be placed before the Chief Justice of India.
