Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a release order dated 9th December, 2024 have been passed by the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (GST), Bureau of Investigation, Durgapur releasing the vehicle of the petitioners and as such the petitioners does not wish to proceed with this application.
As the petitioners do not wish to proceed with this application, the writ petition being WPA 23603 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
